About

Now you’ve created your FUTRLI account it’s time to add your first Organisation. And unsurprisingly, this article is focused on exactly that. We’ll be guiding you through adding your first Quickbooks or Xero Organisation so that your data can start syncing with FUTRLI. Once your data has been added you’ll be able to start using it to report on and forecast the past, present and future of your business. So let’s get to it!

Adding your first Organisation

If you’re a Quickbooks or Xero user, you can take advantage of our automatic linkups with both packages. Simply add your Organisation once and we’ll pull through all of your data – and any new data that’s added – automatically each day. Allowing you to focus on gaining insights rather than admin! If you’ve already completed our registration process, then take a look at our standalone guides to adding a Xero Organisation and adding a QuickBooks Organisation. If not, then keep reading!

Via Registration

After completing the Getting to Know You stage of the registration process, you can start adding data from either Xero or QuickBooks. If you’re a Xero user, select the Xero icon to authorise your Organisation for use with FUTRLI. If a QuickBooks user, then the QuickBooks icon:

Adding a QuickBooks Organisation

After selecting the QuickBooks icon, you’ll be redirected to QuickBooks. Log into your QuickBooks account (if not logged in already) and then select the Organisation you wish to add.

Adding non-Xero/QuickBooks Organisations

You can use FUTRLI with financial data from any accountancy package or source via CSV. We call Organisations created in this way Manual Organisations. This method can be used to add data from Non-Xero or QuickBooks sources and you can find our guide to creating your first Manual Organisation in FUTRLI attached.

Next: Creating your first Report

Your Organisation should now be syncing in the background, as our merry team of super robots pull through every transaction since the creation of your Organisation. This should take only a few minutes but if it takes a little longer, don’t panic. Initial sync times vary depending upon how many transactions you have in your account. Whilst you wait, lets look at creating your first report in FUTRLI.
