Can I do a Report that compares Income and Cost of Sales by Tracking category?

The graph of a tracking card only displays one item of data at a time. However, by using a formula, you can perform calculations that enable you to see the relationship between multiple items in one graph.

FUTRLI allows you to see one item of data at a time on the Graph in a Tracking Card. However, you can use the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the graph to select which item of data you wish to view. This allows you to alternate between items of data without having to amend the entire Report. Please see the following picture, which uses Income and Cost of Sales as an example. Note how you can select either of the Account categories, or the Account lines contained within them:

Using a Formula

This means you can’t view both Income and Cost of Sales at the same time on a Graph in a Tracking Card. However, this can be achieved by adding a Formula:

The Formula, Gross Profit %, (which is already saved in the Formula Library), will give a following showing both Cost of Sales and Income in the same Report:
