Can you import data from Spreadsheets?

Yes, spreadsheet data can be imported into Futrli via CSV. You can import financial data and use it to create standalone Organisations; upload non-financial data, which can be displayed in you reports, or used to build KPIs or to create complex forecast projections; and you can pull in budgets you’ve created elsewhere.

How do I remove an Organisation in Futrli?

Organisations can be removed in the Organisations section of Futrli. Organisations can only be removed by the Account Owner. When an Owner deletes an Organisation, that Organisation will also be deleted for all Admins and Users.

What should I do if my Organisation becomes disconnected?

If your Organisation becomes disconnected from Xero or Quickbooks, you will need to reauthorise it for use with Futrli. Navigate to the Users section of Futrli and press the Add Organisation button to reauthorise the Organisation.

When creating a Manual Organisation, should data be imported cumulatively or transactionally?

When importing data to a Manual Organisation, all Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet data – with the exception of Opening Balances – should be imported transactionally, i.e. just the movements which occurred within that month.

Why can I not see the Add Organisation button?

The option to Add Organisations to Futrli is only available for Admins and Owners.

Why can’t I remove an Organisation from my account?

Organisations can only be removed by Account Owners. Admins and Users are unable to remove Organisations from their accounts.
