I’m on Chrome and it’s running slowly – how do I fix this?

Slowdown when using Futrli on Google Chrome has affected a handful of users. Our team are investigating the cause of this slowness and believe that it is due to a Chrome plugin. If you follow the short steps to reset Chrome, Futrli will be A-ok again! Please let us know what Chrome extensions you have available as it helps us to pinpoint the cause.

How to Reset Chrome

Step One

First backup your sync settings here chrome://settings/syncSetup

Step Two

Tick every Checkbox except “Settings” and then select Ok.

Step Three

Exit Chrome

Step Four

Open Chrome and navigate to: chrome://settings/

Step Five

Select “Show Advanced Options”

Step Six

At the bottom of the page click “Reset Settings” and then press confirm.

Step Seven

Restart Chrome. You should now be able to use Futrli without further slowdown. Please let us know if you run into any difficulties and our team will be happy to help.
