On Futrli Advisor, there are three levels of Account access. The Account Owner, an Admin Account and a User Account. Each has different levels of permissions and access, so let's run through all three options!
Account Owners, the person who set the Futrli Advisor Account up, have unlimited access to the Futrli Account. They have access to every feature, can add User and Admin Accounts and have the ability to upgrade Users to Admins! Any permissions that a User or Admin Account has can be updated by the Account Owner, both for Organisation access and for non-financial data.
They can create as many Forecasts, Boards, Cards, Alerts, Formulas and Printed Reports as they like and can share their work with any User or Admin who has access to the Organisation in question. Any Organisation added by an Admin Account will also appear on the Account Owner's Account.
The Account Owner is also responsible for their Account's billing.
Admins sit one level below the Account Owner.
They can create as many Forecasts, Boards, Cards, Alerts, Formulas and Printed Reports as they like and can share their work with any User or Admin who has access to the Organisation in question, as well as the Account Owner. They are unable to add other Admins into Futrli, but can invite others as Users (the Account Owner would need to upgrade the Account to an Admin Account). They'll then have the option to update the User's permissions.
Admins can be given access to all newly synced Organisations or have their access restricted to specific Organisations.
The final level of Account access is a User. Users do not have access to either the Forecasting or Printed Reports features, but are able to build Boards, Cards and reference Forecast information.
