It's not just the information that flows through from your organisation that can be imported into Futrli Advisor. Using our non-financial importer, you can bring in other data with ease!

What is non-financial data?
The data that is pulled through into Futrli Advisor is sat within your chart of accounts, either a Profit and Loss Account, or a Balance Sheet account. You might however have other figures that play a role in your company.
For example, a hotel might be keen to report on how many of their rooms were booked on a certain day, or how many people visited their hotel restaurant.
When importing this information into Futrli Advisor, you can split the information down into a parent category and a child category:
You can then reference either the parent category, or the child category.

Can I reference it in a forecast?
Absolutely! Whenever you use the Formula Method/Last Year's Actuals forecasting method in Futrli Advisor, you have the option to reference a non-financial account. You can either use the non-financial information alongside other information as part of a calculation, or you could just add it on its own!

Can I report against it?
Again, of course you can! You can add a non-financial parent or child account as a row on a card, either by searching, or again within a formula.
