Folders are a great way to file and categorize your boards, keeping your Futrli Advisor account tidy!
As you use Futrli Advisor, you will likely create a number of different boards for a variety of reasons. If you are an accountant, you might be looking at boards for different clients. If you are a business owner, you may have various areas, sectors, or divisions within your organization that require different metrics to be monitored and measured.
With that in mind, you may wish to group together or separate different boards using our folders function. Let's show you how!

How to create a folder
Firstly, you will need to navigate to the Boards section and click on the dashboard controls:
Click to view all dashboards. From here you will be able to see all of the boards you have access to. At the top of that window is a button marked 'New Folder'.
Clicking 'New Folder' will allow you to name your folder, and you can confirm the name by selecting 'Create':
Now you will see that the folder we have created has been added, and has a '0' on the right-hand side to indicate that no boards have been moved into it:
If we want to add a board, we simply drag and drop the relevant board into the required folder. If you click the folder it will open and we can see the board we have added presently within:
This is a great way to keep your boards tidy, effectively and accurately store client boards, or just create a handy filing system to make it easy to locate your boards when you need them.
