The card library
Cards can be added using the 'New KPI card' button within the dashboard controls. If you've never added a card before, please see our guide to adding cards for the first time. Selecting to add a card will cause the card library to load, in which we'll find each of the pre-configured reports which we can add to our board, as well as raw card types, which can be built from scratch.

Navigating the card library
Within the card library, you'll find three sections. The 'Build Your Own' section, containing raw card types, then the 'Operational KPIs (Profit & Loss)' and 'Cash/Assets/Liabilities (Balance Sheet)' sections, which contain card templates appropriate to either categorization. Simply click a section to expand and scroll through the cards contained within it:

Adding and editing a card template
Once you've found the card template you wish to add, simply click it and it will be added to your board.
The card will be added in edit mode, allowing us to make changes before hitting 'Done' in the top right and viewing our report.
In this example, we're going to be selecting an organization to report upon and changing the date parameters of our report. To do so, we're first going to choose a new organization from the 'Select an Organization' dropdown. Within this drop-down we'll find all of the organizations which we have access to listed. To change the organization which we will be running this report on, all we need to do is select it from the list:
At the bottom of the 'Settings' tab, we'll find the options to change our report's date range. This will be the period or periods which the report will display data for.
In the first drop-down box, we can select our reporting period. If we select either 'Today' or any 'Last' or 'This' period options, then our report dates will automatically update as time goes on. If we select 'This Calendar month' for example, this will always display data for whatever is the current calendar month. Therefore when April becomes May, our report will now display May's data. When May becomes June, June's data will be shown. To choose a reporting period simply select it from the list:
